Sustainable production

SEM and Greensteering steering systems are manufactured at Almec in Genk. A sustainable production site where various measures have been taken to minimise environmental impact and reduce the carbon footprint. Among others:

Solar panels
Capacitors to reduce energy consumption
Lasers replaced from CO2 lasers to economical fibre lasers
Waste separation and recycling of oils and coolants
Site fitted with LED lighting
Rainwater is collected and reused
Use of hybrid vehicles
