Tecma's axles and suspensions are custom made, in close cooperation with the vehicle manufacturer, and fully comply with the customer's requirements. Tecma specializes in on-road and off-road trailer construction and has its own brake approval nrs 'TDB'. The axles have already proven their added value in various industries such as special transport and heavy transport.
Gloria Fahrzeugbau was looking for an axle that not only had a high load capacity per axle, but also a very high braking capacity. Existing axles available in the market did not meet the deceleration requirements set by the customer. As a result, a new solution was found in cooperation with Tecma's design engineers.
Menzi Muck contacted SAF-HOLLAND Benelux to create a tailor-made solution for the needs of their rail excavators. The challenge was to get a really high load capacity combined with specials stubs for the excavator tires.
