Your role as HR Advisor
As an HR Advisor, you are responsible for a wide range of HR activities. You’ll work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes. There’s plenty of room for your own input. You will report directly to the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities include:
HR administration: Processing changes in Afas Profit and keeping employee records up to date.
Payroll: Maintaining close contact with our external payroll processors (in NL and BE) and ensuring smooth payroll processing.
Occupational health services & external agencies: Acting as the point of contact for occupational health services and other partners.
Recruitment & Selection: Coordinating the entire recruitment process from vacancy to hiring, in close cooperation with hiring managers.
Policies & Legislation: Ensuring HR policies are up to date and compliant with relevant legislation.
First point of contact for employees: Supporting employees with various HR-related questions.
Collaboration with HQ in Germany: Executing projects initiated by the German head office.
Since January 1st, 2024, our organization has been part of SAF-Holland Group GmbH. This year has been focused on separating from our former parent company (Pon Holding). That includes redesigning several HR processes, implementing a new HR information system, switching payroll providers, and setting up new partnerships — such as with occupational health services and insurance providers. And there are still plenty of exciting challenges ahead.
What we offer:
Gross monthly salary: €4000 – €4500 (based on full-time), depending on experience
25 vacation days (based on full-time)
Year-end bonus of up to 8.33% (based on years of service)
